This is achieved by providing grant funding focused on the education, training and skills development of these individuals and where appropriate, their business/organisations.

On a broader basis, the Trust recognises the importance of institutions/organisations connected to deliver within the education and training sector. Where appropriate the Trust will consider grant support to these bodies. The Trust will be seeking forward thinking ideas and projects that will have a direct benefit to the South Wales community.
